Mr. Kulgavin is responsible for the overall product and service strategy at SiliconMint, including customer satisfaction and growth of in-house products. Prior to SiliconMint, Mr. Kulgavin spent two decades in a variety of leadership roles across sales, marketing, software development, and product management. In the late 1990s, Mr. Kulgavin pioneered a visual platform to simplify the creation of control automation systems for GE Aircraft Engines, Johnson Controls, Western Allied, and other organizations in the smart building, transportation, and oil distribution sectors. In his spare time, Mr. Kulgavin enjoys traveling, listening to jazz, and wakeboarding. Denis Kulgavin holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS).
Vadim Kisly

Mr. Kisly is responsible for the overall technology strategy and execution at SiliconMint, This includes professional services delivery, establishing technical vision, and ensuring the quality and velocity of all client engagements. He brings over two decades of extensive experience in the software development sector, having begun his career as a Software Engineer in the fintech sector. Prior to SiliconMint, Mr. Kisly spent 20 years at a large consulting firm in various critical delivery management roles, where he was responsible for scaling complex programs and leading large-scale re-platforming and e-commerce initiatives for global clients. In the role, his focus was on establishing Delivery Governance processes and framework to maintain high Quality and Technical standards for architecture, coding and security. He ensures long-term success by proactively mitigating project risks through the continuous project monitoring on every stage of the client lifecycle and mentorship for senior engineering teams and leaders. Mr. Kisly holds a degree in Computer Systems and Networks. In his spare time, Mr. Kisly enjoys football, passionately supporting FC Arsenal London, and spending time with his two children.

Ms. Shсherbakova is responsible for the growth engine of SiliconMint—our people. With close to a decade of experience uncovering the world's top engineering talent, Ms. Shсherbakova drives the outreach, promotion, and brand ambassador activities for the talent search function at SiliconMint. Prior to SiliconMint, Ms. Shсherbakova was on the talent acquisition team at Qulix Systems, with direct responsibility for not only growing the talent base but also improving the local HR brand and its impact. In her spare time, Ms. Shсherbakova enjoys playing the piano, yoga, and visiting new countries around the globe. Ms. Shсherbakova holds a BS in Economics and Marketing.
Max Razumenko

Mr. Razumenko is responsible for the technical roadmap and software delivery at SiliconMint, with direct responsibility for the direction, strategy, and execution of all product development. Prior to SiliconMint, Max spent over two decades in technical roles that involved delivering complex systems to customers around the globe. While at AIG, Mr. Razumenko is most proud of the engineering culture he helped create where teams had an overall open atmosphere that encouraged learning, mentoring, and taking initiative for creating both unique and innovative solutions. In his spare time, Mr. Razumenko enjoys mountain biking, woodworking, and hiking in the great outdoors. Mr Razumenko holds a B.S. in Computing Machines, Systems & Networks.
Julia Gil
VP People & Culture
Ms. Gil oversees the core people function at SiliconMint, ensuring operational excellence across all HR processes and employee‑facing programs. Her responsibilities include HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Total Rewards, internal communications, policy development, onboarding and offboarding, as well as the administration of HR systems and tools. She plays a key role in shaping a consistent, scalable, and people‑centric operational framework that supports the company’s long-term growth. Ms. Gil is recognized for her flexibility, sound judgment, and ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations, with a balanced and pragmatic approach. One of her most significant achievements at SiliconMint is the establishment of the company’s HR infrastructure from the ground up. Before joining SiliconMint, Ms. Gil worked across telecommunications, IT, and gaming industries, gaining a broad understanding of diverse organizational structures and workforce dynamics. She holds a BA degree in History. Outside of work, Ms. Gil enjoys jumping fitness, exploring history, and traveling. She is also committed to supporting children facing serious illnesses.
